Felipe Luna, CEO
Felipe is a distinguished leader in cybersecurity and technology. As the CEO of Guarded, he specializes in secure data solutions. Previously, he led key initiatives at Phoenix Technologies and founded Omniscient a fintech data and security platform amassing a customer base of over 250 enterprise customers and managing $14 billion in assets.
Academically, Felipe completed a Master's in Information and Cyber Security from the UC Berkeley School of Information and holds a B.S. in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
An avid soccer player, he lives in San Jose, California with his wife, Elizabeth, and three children.
James DeCesare, VP of Pen Testing
Jim has been an Information Technology (IT) Consultant for the last 15 years. During that time, he has built networks and servers that support virtualization using Citrix and Hyper-V virtualization based on Linux and Windows operating systems. While his work has been networking and servers, cyber security and monitoring has become his main focus. Jim holds a B.S. in Engineering and enjoys hunting and fishing with his friends.
